If you're looking for a sweet, snuggly, and playful pooch, look no further than Pearl. Pearl is pert near perfect. She is a master of entertaining herself but is also ready to get up to fun when you are. She loves a good walk where she can have time to smell the roses, is warming up to fetch, and responds enthusiastically to play bows with gently romping spins.
Upon arrival, Pearl could only manage about 4 hours between potty breaks, but she has improved her stamina to managing up to 6 hours and can go overnight without problems. She is crate trained but has exhibited no problematic behaviors when left to free roam. She may take a shoe or a sock to snuggle with when you're gone because she misses you, but she has never been destructive with them.
Pearl is happiest when she gets to snuggle with her humans on the couch or in bed. If you're a household that does not allow dogs on furniture, Pearl is also very respectful and will lay on blankets or mats. That said, Pearly Grrrl is a pro snuggler, and you will be forgoing a massive improvement in the quality of your life.
An active lifestyle is appreciated but not required. Pearl really likes getting a couple walks a day or some time to romp in the yard but is not going to make problems if she doesn't get exercise. A real smartypants, Pearl is very attuned to her humans and is very concerned with learning what her humans want from her. She has learned sit, touch, spin, and come and performs best when there are not other exciting things happening nearby. She has been very playful with other dogs and seems to really bloom with being able to socialize with other doggos.
Also, did we mention she is sooooooooooo soft!
